Sharp Performance is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to lead on-site rollout execution for first responder departments, serving as the primary face of the company during deployment. The role involves traveling approximately three weeks per month to deliver training sessions, build trust with leadership and staff, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires independent decision-making and the ability to adapt to high-pressure environments while maintaining high standards of service.
Sharp Performance is a confidential performance coaching platform built specifically for first responders—including police officers, firefighters, and emergency services personnel—as well as their spouses and retirees. Members are matched with a single Sharp Coach from a similar high-risk background for their entire career, gaining access to one-on-one coaching, practical self-mastery tools, and a dedicated mobile app. Sharp works alongside departments' existing wellness resources to help first responders perform under pressure, navigate critical incidents, and build resilience at work and at home.
