The Field Representative Development Program is a 1 to 2-year rotational opportunity designed to launch a career at Caterpillar through immersive training and hands-on experience. Participants will rotate through various organizational roles to develop technical and commercial skills while preparing for a customer-facing field position. The program culminates in a permanent role, such as a Sales Representative, supporting Cat Dealers and customers across the EAME and Central Asia regions.
