About this role

Auris is hiring a Field Sales Representative to grow its payroll and HR business by selling solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in a local territory. The role is a fast-cycle, commission-driven sales position focused on building a book of business and long-term residual income. You’ll be supported by a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager with initial training and ongoing coaching.
