Field Technician

The Field Technician performs first and second line maintenance on Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory, utilizing a company vehicle to conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, electromechanical troubleshooting, and repairs. The role involves planning and scheduling daily tasks, managing field change orders, and ensuring all kiosk components function properly through remote diagnostics and on-site service. This position requires balancing rapidly changing priorities, maintaining accurate records, and promoting strong customer relations while adhering to safety and operational standards.
