The Finance Transformation Manager serves as the technical backbone of the finance team, focusing on automating manual accounting workflows and building data foundations for sales, marketing, and cost reporting. This role involves leading finance transformation initiatives, designing Serval-first agents, and connecting disparate finance data sources into a single trusted layer. The position also includes running and automating parts of the corporate accounting close process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
