Financial Operations & Accounting Administrator

The Financial Operations & Accounting Administrator supports the Kiva User Funds Finance & Operations Team in managing daily, weekly, and monthly financial and accounting tasks, including bank transactions, payment processing, and financial reporting. This role provides local operational support for the Nairobi office and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate fund flow and system optimization. The position requires strong accounting fundamentals, operational finance skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first, global environment.
