FOH Manager

The FOH Manager oversees all operational and financial aspects of the Front of House at Crow’s Bench, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through hands-on leadership and team management. This role involves hiring, training, and scheduling staff while maintaining strict financial controls and beverage program profitability. The manager partners closely with the Chef to coordinate front- and back-of-house operations and supports daily service execution.
