Food Service Program Employee

This role is responsible for preparing high-quality, high-volume food in accordance with nutritional standards and production schedules within a commercial kitchen environment. The employee works under the supervision of the Nutrition-Catering Assistant Director and ensures all meals meet designated temperatures and quality standards before delivery. The position requires maintaining a clean and sanitary food production area, managing daily inventory, and adhering to professional ethics and sanitation regulations.
