Arize AI is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to partner directly with enterprise client teams, designing, implementing, and scaling production-grade Generative AI observability programs. This hands-on, client-facing role requires deep AI expertise and strong business acumen to deliver custom technical solutions and manage multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and sales teams to extend the platform's value while shaping delivery methodologies for the growing Forward Deployed team.
Arize AI is a managed AI engineering platform for building, evaluating, and continuously improving AI agents and LLM applications. Its flagship product, Arize AX, provides end-to-end agent observability, tracing, online evaluations, and continual learning workflows to help teams monitor and improve production AI systems. Arize also offers Phoenix, an open-source observability and evaluation tool built on OpenInference and OpenTelemetry standards, used by AI engineers to trace, debug, and evaluate AI applications locally or self-hosted.
