Foster Care Worker / Resource Parent Support Worker

This role provides case management and support services to children and families referred by County Children and Youth agencies as well as Philadelphia Community Umbrella agencies. The position ensures foster resource homes remain compliant with regulations and supports the overall goal of permanency for each family and child. Workers assist resource parents in caring for placed children while maintaining necessary certifications.
