The Founding Recruiter at Allium is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and general administrative roles, developing a data-driven hiring process and contributing to the company's talent brand. This role requires collaboration with founders and hiring managers to define requirements and success criteria, while also establishing scalable recruitment processes and nurturing a diverse talent pool. The ideal candidate will have over five years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments, strong sourcing abilities, and a track record of building recruiting systems from scratch, particularly in tech and startup contexts.
