Founding Recruiter

As Footprint's first dedicated recruiter, you will own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting with a primary focus on engineering and technical talent acquisition. You will build long-term relationships with n-of-1 candidates, manage agency partners, and define interview processes directly under the Chief of Staff. Your goal is to scale the small but senior team by sourcing exceptional talent in a fast-paced, early-stage fintech environment.
