The FP&A Senior Manager is a hands-on finance leader supporting a fast-growing private equity–owned services business and reporting to the CFO. The role focuses on delivering timely financial insights, working closely with senior leadership and investors, and supporting scaling through organic growth and M&A. It is a high-visibility position with no direct reports initially and requires rapid business learning and strong cross-functional partnership. The position is fully remote with an East Coast preference.
