Fractional Growth Lead - GTM Experiments

As a founding GTM hire at Reflow, you will own the go-to-market engine by designing and executing rapid experiments to establish a repeatable motion for enterprise buyers. You will collaborate directly with the founder to shape the testing roadmap while managing partnerships with external agencies for cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. This role requires a growth hacker mindset to analyze data from CRM systems and calls to drive product-market fit.
