Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests at The Westgate Hotel, overseeing daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, billing, and service recovery to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. This role supports the Guest Experience department through administrative tasks, group reservation management, and departmental reporting while maintaining a collaborative and guest-focused approach. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable using hotel property management systems like OPERA PMS.
