This role is responsible for all onsite front office administration at the assigned APLA Health Clinic location, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for patients and visitors. The position involves scheduling appointments, managing patient registration and financial information, and verifying insurance eligibility to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time. The Front Office Administrator also assists patients with the patient portal, maintains confidentiality, and supports clinic operations through effective communication and customer service.
