Southwestern Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre
SOAHAC is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for a temporary full-time contract to support primary care providers in delivering comprehensive health services to Indigenous clients. The role involves conducting assessments, administering immunizations, performing specialized procedures, and maintaining client registries using Electronic Medical Records. This position is critical for ensuring accessible, high-quality, and culturally appropriate care within the Southwest Ontario region.
We provide high quality, wholistic health and wellness services throughout Southwestern Ontario. Services are provided to Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and their families, living on and off-reserve, in rural areas, and in the urban Indigenous communities in London, Owen Sound, Newbury, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor.
