MDS Coordinator

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument, including the Minimum Data Set and Care Plan, in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves participating in the facility's Interdisciplinary Team to manage patients receiving skilled services and performing other assigned nursing duties. The position also includes training staff on MDS item completion and nursing documentation.
