About this role
The Fulfillment Operations Coordinator II at Smartsheet is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate review and processing of customer orders and invoices across the global organization. The role supports order activations, renewals, upgrades and SOW services, and reports to the Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations in Smartsheet’s India office. The position also contributes to process improvement and supports month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
