About this role

LaunchDarkly is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for its Foundation team to build AI-driven onboarding agents and improve the developer journey from discovery to activation. The role focuses on shipping features using agentic flows, MCP servers, and LLM tooling to drive product-led growth metrics. Engineers will collaborate across product, design, and data teams to create seamless experiences within developers' existing IDEs.

Responsibilities

Build agentic onboarding flows integrating MCP servers and LLM-powered tooling
Drive features from problem framing through full-stack implementation and experimentation
Instrument and analyze the growth funnel to improve activation and conversion
Participate in dogfooding LaunchDarkly flags to gather developer experience feedback
Collaborate with product and design teams to turn customer signals into shippable experiments
