Full Time Customer Experience Agent (interim until July 2027)

The Customer Experience Agent ensures world-class service across all digital touchpoints, transforming customer interactions into positive, loyalty-driving experiences. The role involves resolving issues efficiently, sharing customer insights, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to drive retention and brand love. This position is based in Stockholm and requires working from the office five days a week.
