Full-Time Customer Service Contact Center Representative

This role involves handling high volumes of inbound customer interactions through phone, chat, text, and email channels to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find the right technology solutions. The representative will troubleshoot concerns, document interactions, and maintain a strong knowledge of consumer electronics and related technology. The position requires availability between 10:00 a.m. and midnight, including weekends, and is based at the Corporate Office in Hilliard, OH.
