Full-time Member Service Representative

This role provides excellent service to members by answering telephones, processing transactions, and offering credit union product information. The Member Service Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, cross-sells products, and ensures member satisfaction through accurate and efficient service. The position is based at the Contact Center in Bend, OR.
