About this role

The Functional Skills Coach (Maths) at Multiverse is responsible for delivering accredited Maths training to learners in apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs using blended learning methods. This role includes assessing learner progress, tailoring instructional strategies based on diagnostic tools, and providing personalized support to ensure successful completion of qualifications. The coach will collaborate with Delivery Coaches to implement strategic interventions and drive results, while fostering a credible and inspiring learning environment. Qualified candidates should have experience in Functional Skills delivery, a minimum Level 3 in Maths, and a recognized teaching qualification.
