About this role
An Incident Manager on Fusion Incident Management (FIM) responsible for coordinating response activities for information security, fraud, and investigative incidents. The role leads incident response and post-incident work such as root cause analysis, incident communications, and briefings to operational teams and senior leaders. This individual contributor role operates within a 24/7 on-call rotation and regularly liaises with executive and functional stakeholders to minimize technology risk to the Bank.
