Lennar’s Future Builders Program is a one-year developmental program for recent college graduates (start June 2026) designed to launch early-career professionals into homebuilding operations. Participants receive structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development while rotating through functions such as Construction, Land, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Care. High-performing participants may be considered for full-time placement at program completion, subject to business needs.
