General Liability Claim Handler

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving severe General Liability related Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. The position provides quality claim handling throughout the entire claim life cycle, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards and state-specific regulations. It also involves consulting and training resources for the field and business partners while managing litigated claims and controlling legal expenses.
