About this role
Cinemark's General Manager in Training (GMIT) program is a hands-on, immersive program designed to prepare candidates for leadership roles managing high-volume theatres. The 9-week training takes place at a designated theatre within a region and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. After successful completion, trainees must be open to relocation within the region to assume General Manager duties.
