Global Process Excellence (Sales)

The Global Process Excellence (Sales) role is responsible for shaping and executing the global Sales process excellence and transformation agenda within Commercial GBS, serving as the senior point of accountability for the NA Zone. The position develops and drives a multi-year roadmap focused on process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital enablement while partnering with Global Sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Over time, the role will build a Commercial Excellence team to execute process discovery and project pods that solve priority business problems and deliver measurable value.
