About this role
A rotational graduate role in HPE’s PREP (Professional Readiness & Excellence Program) within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, based in Ireland for 12–24 months starting September 2026. The program places early-career talent in high-impact teams to gain exposure to process and operations transformation, digital strategy, and executive-level program management. Graduates participate in a global cohort with onboarding, mentorship, training, and defined rotations leading to potential final placement within OCOO.
