This hands-on leadership role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer teams to translate merchant needs into scalable, customer-centric platform solutions. The position emphasizes driving measurable business outcomes, elevating product decision-making, and improving merchant onboarding and self-service experiences.
