About this role

As the first dedicated Growth Engineer at Polymarket, you will build end-to-end features for referral systems, leaderboards, and onboarding flows to drive user acquisition and retention. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and marketing, requiring you to translate growth strategies into code while owning the instrumentation and analysis of your work without direct product management oversight.
