Growth Management- DGM/ GM- Travel

The Growth Lead - Paytm Travel is responsible for owning the end-to-end growth charter across all travel categories, including flights, trains, buses, hotels, and packages. The role focuses on driving scalable and sustainable user growth through lifecycle management, performance marketing, and engagement across digital and offline channels. This position owns the growth P&L, including efficiency, cohort performance, and LTV expansion, while building systems to accelerate business scale. It requires a data-driven leader with deep understanding of user behavior and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
