About this role

This role focuses on building and managing core GTM systems and data infrastructure from the ground up, including CRM architecture and integrations. The position involves owning enterprise lead generation end-to-end, designing automated outbound and inbound lead flows, and utilizing AI tools to prototype and ship lead-gen automations. The ideal candidate will partner with Sales and leadership to define qualified leads and continuously test and improve lead generation systems to ensure a full, well-qualified pipeline.
