Guardian

Coordinates intake, evaluation, and provision of services for Wards appointed by the Courts or those who voluntarily become Wards of the agency. Conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, develops service plans, and maintains case records to ensure the well-being and independence of clients. The role involves collaborating with legal professionals, attending court sessions, and making medical and financial decisions on behalf of clients as needed.
