Harm Reduction Counselor

The Harm Reduction Counselor supports individuals with a history of substance use through a harm reduction model, conducting outreach, education, and sterile syringe exchange in community and mobile settings. The role involves facilitating support groups, providing HIV and hepatitis C counseling and testing, and helping clients navigate health and human service systems. This position aims to partner with clients to set personal health goals and reduce health-related harm from drug use.
