Harm Reduction Specialist

The Jefferson County Public Health Harm Reduction Specialist administers non-clinical testing and resources to support participants in reducing risks associated with HIV, Hepatitis C, and other STIs. The role involves delivering harm reduction services, including syringe services, education, and street outreach, while collecting data and promoting low-barrier, trauma-informed support for people who use drugs. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a solution-focused environment to mitigate harms associated with drug use.
