The Head Chef is a hands-on culinary leader responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, food quality, and staff across all Food & Beverage outlets at Hotel Phillips. This role involves working the line, setting preparation standards, and managing menu execution, food costs, and sanitation. The position requires collaboration with the F&B Director to revamp the restaurant vision and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
