About this role
Head the Agency Distribution Governance Department to serve as a 1.5 line of defense for agency, bancassurance and brokerage channels, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and the company’s compliance and risk standards. Build and maintain regulatory relationships, provide governance advice, and drive a culture of compliant and ethical sales practices while overseeing regulatory review readiness and reporting. Lead and develop the team, oversee policies and controls, and represent distribution governance in group and local initiatives.
