Head of AI Engagement Management

The Head of AI Engagement Management at Pareto.AI is responsible for developing and leading the Engagement Management function to drive long-term success and retention for key strategic AI accounts. This role involves directly managing select Tier-1 customers while building and leading a team focused on customer relationships, technical credibility, and expansion opportunities. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to create effective engagement strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience, as well as overseeing solution design and account health metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing roles with technical stakeholders, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of ML workflows.
