Head of People

The Head of People at Ivo will be the company’s first dedicated people operations leader, responsible for building and scaling all aspects of people and culture. Reporting closely to the VP of Operations and executive leadership, this role will define organizational identity while supporting rapid headcount growth. The position focuses on developing scalable processes for hiring, onboarding, performance, and employee development across a fast-growing AI legal tech startup. It offers significant influence on strategic decisions and the opportunity to build a people function from the ground up with a path to a VP-level role.
