Head of Professional Services

The Head of Professional Services at Maybern is responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Implementation function to deliver complex, technical solutions for private fund managers. This role involves designing standardized workflows, establishing methodologies, and creating a high-performing team while actively engaging in implementation tasks such as configuring workflows and troubleshooting client environments. The role requires collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance product outcomes and facilitate smooth transitions post-implementation, all while fostering a hands-on, problem-solving culture.
