About this role
The Head of Provider Acquisition at Nourish will own the team and systems responsible for scaling the company’s provider supply, leading outbound/inbound selling, revenue strategy, and operations. This role sets the organization’s vision and KPIs, builds high-volume, sales-driven acquisition motions and the supporting Strategy & Ops/RevOps function, and partners with founders and cross-functional leaders to drive growth outcomes. The position reports to the VP of Operations and is based in NYC with hybrid in-office expectations.
