About this role
The Talent Acquisition Lead at Gushwork.ai will own and design the end-to-end talent acquisition funnel to support rapid headcount growth in a fast-scaling AI startup. The role combines hands-on senior hiring across Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering with leading and mentoring a small TA team. This position works closely with the Founder/CEO and department heads to align hiring with business goals and unit economics. It sits at the intersection of recruiting, growth, and strategy in a post-seed, high-growth environment.
