About this role
The Head of Total Rewards will lead the strategy and execution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for S&P Global Mobility, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. This role is a member of the People Leadership Team and will help build a global Rewards function while supporting the planned spin-off of the Mobility division. The position is based in Centreville, Virginia (relocating to Reston in 2026) and reports to the Mobility Chief Purpose Officer.
