The Head Pastry Chef will lead the pastry section at Soraya, a new Persian-inspired restaurant opening in London in mid-July 2026, contributing to the group's mission of introducing inspiring hospitality concepts. This role involves overseeing the preparation and production of desserts and bakery items while ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
