Heavy Equipment Service - FTF

The role involves managing service calls, processing warranty claims, and coordinating with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with policies. Additionally, the position requires monitoring equipment condition using diagnostic tools, analyzing data to identify potential issues, and providing actionable recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
