Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator works with participants in the Minnesota Family Investment Program to increase access to safe, affordable housing and support their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency. This role involves developing individualized plans, coordinating resources, and building relationships with landlords and community partners to overcome barriers. The position focuses on advocacy, resource coordination, and helping individuals and families achieve their housing, employment, and family goals.
