Housing Specialist

The Housing Specialist assists HOPWA HINT-eligible individuals and families in identifying and transitioning to stable housing through the Fresno-Madera Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry System. The role involves collaborating with case managers to address housing needs, develop individualized plans, and advocate for clients with landlords and property management companies. This position requires conducting unit inspections, processing rent payments, and maintaining accurate data tracking systems to ensure compliance and successful outcomes.
