TheFork is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its international People team, supporting HR functions and business leaders across Italy, DACH and Northern Europe with a strong focus on employee relations. The role ensures a fair, consistent and compliant employee experience across the employee lifecycle and works closely with managers, HR Service Delivery, L&D and external legal advisors. This is a permanent, hybrid position within a multicultural organisation that emphasises inclusion, development and continuous improvement.
